We have coverages ranging from Individual coverage at $26.11/wk to Family at $84.05/wk. Waiting period is 90 days.
The plan has a $1000 deductible per person per calendar year with a maximum deductible of $2000 per family. Coverage is at 80% with a maximum of $3,500 out of pocket expenses per calendar year.

Preferred Name Brand -
$30 co-payment
Non-Preferred Name Brand -
$50 co-payment


•Dental Coverage
Our dental coverage is also available for Individual ($3.69/wk) or Family ($10.70/wk).
Dental insurance pays 100% of diagnostic and preventive care with no deductible. Other coverage is at 80% and 50%.

 

•Vision Insurance and Cancer Insurance
Vision and Cancer insurance is available through a payroll deduction.


•Life Insurance
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage is $10,000.


• Disability Insurance
Long-term and Short-term Disability insurance is available. After 1 year of employment, HTI pays for individual short-term disability insurance.

•Profit Sharing Plan and 401K
HTI contributes toward a company wide profit sharing plan. This plan is fully funded by HTI. HTI also offers a 401K retirement plan. HTI does not participate in this plan.
