Driver Qualifications
•Valid class (A) CDL
•No felony convictions
•Minimum 23 years of age
•No reckless driving convictions
•No more than 2 moving violations within the last 6 months
•No more than 3 moving violations in the  last 3 years
•For FlatBed - 1 year verifiable Flatbed OTR tractor trailer experience
•For Chiphaul - 1 year verifiable tractor trailer  experience.
•Good references and stable work history
•No DUI, DWI or alcohol related  convictions within the last 10 years
•Able to pass DOT physical, drug test,  and other evaluations.

Before hiring a driver, our recruiting department performs extensive background checks and drug and alcohol screens. We require complete physicals performed by a licensed physician. Hines Trucking has a detailed orientation and new hire training program as well as an ongoing continuing education and evaluation program.
