Driver Qualifications
• Valid class (A) CDL
• No felony convictions
• Minimum 23 years of age
• No reckless driving convictions
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 6 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the  last 3 years
• For FlatBed - 1 year verifiable Flatbed OTR tractor trailer experience
• For Chiphaul - 1 year verifiable tractor trailer  experience.
• Good references and stable work history
• No DUI, DWI or alcohol related  convictions within the last 10 years
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug test,  and other evaluations.

Before hiring a driver, our recruiting department performs extensive background checks and drug and alcohol screens. We require complete physicals performed by a licensed physician. Hines Trucking has a detailed orientation and new hire training program as well as an ongoing continuing education and evaluation program.
