REQUEST A DONATION OR SPONSORSHIP
Because of our roots in small-town Arkansas, we know that our communities only grow and thrive if we all do what we can to support one another and lift each other up. Because of this, Hines Trucking is proud to support our communities through sponsorships and charitable giving. If your group or organization needs a helping hand, please review our funding guidelines below and complete the following donation form.
FUNDING GUIDELINES:
- Organization must be qualified as a not-for-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service.
- Most contributions are in the $25-50 range.
- Submit funding application at least 30 days prior to your funding deadline.
Additional guidelines will appear here as needed.
Due to the large number of requests, Hines is unable to guarantee a response on all donation requests.
HOW TO APPLY:
- Download, print, and complete the Donation Form. All fields must be filled out. If an item does not apply, use “N/A”.
- Attach a copy of your organization’s IRS Determination Letter qualifying as a not-for-profit organization.
- If possible, please also attach a letter or brochure with additional information about your organization or event.
- Do not send original documents or anything that must be returned.
- Mail the application and all additional materials to:
